Professional Carpet Cleaning Repairs and Pet Odor Treatments

Life Happens.  Accidents Occur…all too often!

No Worries, We Have All The Solutions

(well, for carpet at least!)

Regular steam cleaning is essential to treating the normal wear and tear of your carpet, but the recommended care does not stop there. In addition, applying fabric protectants, treating stains properly and promptly, neutralizing pet odors often, and repairing tears and stretching carpet as needed, will drastically improve the look and feel of your carpet for many years.  If you plan to try and treat your stain yourself, Visit Our Page on DIY Carpet Cleaning Tips.

Carpet Stain Treatments & Solutions

Accidents happen, all too often and at Bonded Caret our technicians have seen (and treated) every stain imaginable!  Our experienced technicians begin every carpet cleaning service with a thourough inspection of your entire carpet to pinpoint high traffic areas and determine the cause of each stain.  Having the information regarding the cause of any stain available for the technician is very helpful!  Different elements are treated differently, so a wine stain is treated differently than a blood stain.  With kids, Koolaid is a huge culprit – and our technicians can battle the worst stains imaginable.  However, not all stains can be treated to look new all the time. Some times, when a stain cannot be treated effectively, our technician will recommend removing it with a “cookie cut” technique.  The technician will remove a circular piece of carpet around the stain and then swap it out with a clean piece of carpet from a closet.  This process can provide incredible results and make your carpet look new again!    Unfortunately, there are times when stains cannot be remedied to your satisfaction.  That is why Bonded offers an option to credit you the cost of the carpet cleaning towards any new flooring installation within 14 days of the carpet cleaning service.

Pet Odor Treatments

We all love our furry friends but don’t love the odor and fur they leave on our carpets!  Candles and air freshener will attempt to mask the odors from pets, but the only way to effectively remove the smell of animals is at the source – your carpet. Every carpet cleaning service from Bonded includes an deodorizer to remedy the odors that are deep in your carpet!  During the pre-inspection, your technician will access the level of treatment needed to completely remove any odors.  In some cases our normal carpet cleaning process may be all that is needed. In more severe cases, a pet’s urine sometimes soaks through the carpet backing into the padding and floor beneath. In this case, the problem has become “multi-layered” and the effective remediation must address each layer of the problem. Bonded has developed a specialized method for removing these difficult pet odors and stains. When mistakes happen it’s time to call Bonded. We can neutralize the damage that will occur if left untreated.

High Quality Fabric Protectants

Most carpets are treated with some sort of fabric protectant when they are manufactured, however, with vacuuming and normal traffic the protectant weakens quickly.  Carpet fibers are naturally resistant to dry dirt and stains, but applying Teflon or Scotchgaurd can drastically increase the resilience and protect your carpet.   We recommend applying a protectant after each carpet cleaning service, especially for homes with children & pets.
